The Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro has responded to criticisms meted out to him by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The Minister while responding to critic who claimed that the Federal Government is militarising elections by deploying soldiers as seen in Ekiti and Osun in an interview with The Guardian stated that Militarization during election is standard practice adding that he is an employee of the Federal Government and several factors influences his movement within Nigeria so there is no need to cry wolf.
Obanikoro while assessing the present administration of Lagos State under the leadership of Babatunde Fashola commended the governor's effort and commitment to the state.
However, he also noted that a lot of work still has to be done in a post-Fashola Lagos.
