Governor Seriake Dickson, who made this known in a
statement issued in Yenagoa, the state capital said, the
decision was in recognition of the president's achievements
so far despite the security challenges facing the country.

organisation made the revelation at the closing ceremony
and Gala Night of the Africa Fashion Reception, which was
held at the Banquet Hall of Government House.

It said that the Goodluck Jonathan World Fashion University
